A simple policy of 'ask and answer' where all members are encouraged to pose questions and actively answer others. This is a space with a culture of curiosity, and without hierarchy.
All are here to listen, learn, and journey together; exploring complex topics as a diverse collective, with differing perspectives being heard and respected.
Beyond sharing knowledge and experience, community members are here to reimagine the worlds in which we live and to rethink our systems to create a more equitable, just, and regenerative future.
The community will self-organise and identify ways to produce work together, as well as engage with the Solvers team to shape community programmes and opportunities to enhance and enrich the offering for all.
Members are able to mobilise the community towards taking a meaningful and purposeful role in real world challenges. This could be forming teams to respond to a funding opportunity, or undertaking action research projects, for example.
Solvers Community operates on the premise of openness and transparency, and members engage in this space on the same principles - we are non-judgmental, caring, respectful, inquisitive, supportive and responsive.
We have a dedicated channel where people are able to raise awareness of relevant projects, workshops or services being offered by members. Posting about these offers to generate sales outside of this dedicated channel is not permitted. Members are also able to remove themselves from this channel if they choose not to see these posts.
Solvers community is a space of active engagement, believing that each and every member plays a significant role in our collective development. Whilst we respect and understand that individuals will seek time to rest and recover from community activity, taking time to replenish energy and explore other things, if there is an extended period of non-engagement, or of taking and repurposing community resources without contribution, Solvers Community Management will make contact to seek a satisfactory explanation. A lack of response or unsatisfactory reason given may result in a removal from the community space.
